The Process

1. Inquiry : Fill out the inquiry form with basic event details and who you are. Once I receive the inquiry, I will respond back to you within 24 to 48 hours and will schedule a complimentary consultation.

 

2. Complimentary Consultation: For our first meeting, I will want to get to know you, what your event is, and your vision for your event.. Any questions you have about the process and what is offered will be answered and discussed about as well.

 

3. Proposal: After the meeting, I will create a comprehensive contract that will be sent to you. This contract will list the services I will provide to you and anything else important that was discussed in our meeting. An invoice will also be sent for a deposit to finalize the booking process. 

 

4: Coordinating: Once deposit and contract has been signed, MWJ will immediately help with your dream event.

DAY-OF WEDDING COORDINATION

Starting at $750

As a day-of wedding coordinator, MWJ will assist you 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding. Coordination consists of working with your vendors on your special day, making sure everything is set-up, following the timeline, and assisting with whatever needs to be done for your wedding!

-- Email and Phone coordination as needed

- Review final invoices and contract with event vendors

- Help finalize timeline, seating chart, etc.

- Manage vendors day-of

- Assist with set-up and clean-up

- and more!

SPECIAL EVENTS COORDINATION

Starting at $500

MWJ can help with any other events from set-up to clean-up. 

- Assist with set-up and clean-up

- Work with other vendors you may have. 

- Execute timeline of events
