Picnic rentals are only offered in specific OC locations for up to 2.5 hours.
*Additional fees may be applied for areas that are not on our list or outside of OC and for additional time.


Step 2: Select your picnic style (8 different styles)

Step 3:  Your picnic package details

All picnic packages includes picnic table, silk floral decor, candles, table runner, disposable settings (entree plates, cups, utensils - fork and knifes, and napkins), floor pillows, large rug/floor blanket, and personalized chalkboard sign



Starting at $125 for up to 4 guests
+$15 per additional guests and + $35 for any additional tables added from base pricing
*Additional fee of $100 or 25% of subtotal (whichever is greater)
will be added for delivery, set-up, and clean-up.

The classic picnic package includes the picnic set-up for date night, small get togethers, and even large celebrations

where you can bring your own food and drinks.

Step 4: Fill out our inquiry form. 


The Booking Process

1. Inquiry: Fill out the inquiry form above. 

2. Brochure: You will receive an e-mail with a brochure from MWJ to fill our more information about your picnic event.  Check your junk or spam folder as it sometimes ends up there if you have not received anything within 24 hours. 


3. Picnic Proposal: Once you pick your picnic package, add-ons, location, date and time, a proposal and a contract will be sent to you. This contract will list the type of picnic rental that will be provided and anything else important to note to make the picnic rental special.


4. Sign: After reviewing the contract and agreeing to the service, sign your contract.


5. Deposit: Don't forget to pay your deposit to secure your picnic date and time!
