What is the difference between event rentals and picnic packages?

Event rentals lets you pick and choose individual rental items (e.g. peacock chairs, picnic tables, arches, table decor, etc.) that you want for your event. You can set-up the event yourself or we can assist you with your event!

Our picnic packages are unique in that you can choose from our pre-set styles and packages as well as add specialty items to your picnic without having to do any physical work. You just put in your request, finalize details with us, then show up to your picnic and everything is all set for you! 

How long are picnic packages rented out for?

Our picnic packages are rented out for 2.5 hours. You are not required to stay the full 2.5 hours - just let a team member what time you plan on leaving so that we can return at the time you requested. If you'd like additional time, is it $20 for 30 minutes and $40 for an hour extra. 

Do you offer beach picnics?

At the moment, the only beach location we currently offer is Aliso Beach in Laguna Beach. We are currently not offering other beach picnic locations. 

Where is pick-up and drop-off for event rentals?

Pick-up and drop-off will be at 90620. A specific address will be shared to you by email once you have booked with us.

How much is delivery for event rentals?

Delivery is $2.25 per mile roundtrip from 90620. You can pick-up and drop-off rental items for no additional cost from 90620. 

What is your deposit policy?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure rental items or picnic packages for your date and time. 

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

If you are booking us for event rentals, we allow for you to reschedule your event and will apply your original deposit to the new date. The rescheduled event date must be within the same year as your original event date (e.g. If your event is for February 2022, then the new date must be no later than December 31, 2022). The rescheduled event rental date  is based on availability and is not guaranteed that all items will be available as originally. In the case that you decide to not reschedule for your event and cancel it in its entirety, your deposit is non-refundable. 

For those who booked a picnic package, we allow for rescheduling. A new picnic date must be within 3 months of the original picnic date. The rescheduled picnic date is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Only one rescheduled picnic date is allowed. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you decide to cancel event rentals or a picnic package that has been reserved, you will forfeit your deposit and we will not be required to reschedule or refund the deposit. Rental item(s) that are cancelled by you will released and available to rent for other parties. The remaining balance owed will no longer be due if you have given reasonable time for us to accommodate the cancellation.
